Frontier Capital’s shares to be acquired by Agarwal and Gupta for Rs 10 per share

Frontier Capital Limited announced that its board approved a share purchase agreement with Mr. Prafful Agarwal and Mrs. Anupam Gupta, who will acquire 93,98,455 equity shares, representing 56.07% of the company's paid-up equity share capital, at a consideration of Rs 10 per share. The acquisition will trigger an open offer to the company's public shareholders in accordance with SEBI regulations, and the acquirers are expected to gain control of Frontier Capital and become its promoters, subject to regulatory approvals, including those from the Reserve Bank of India.
