Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC allotted shares, boosting equity capital via employee stock options

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited announced that its Stakeholders Relationship Committee approved the allotment of 34,106 equity shares on October 16, 2026, pursuant to the exercise of Restricted Stock Units and Stock Options under the Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021, increasing the company's paid-up Equity Share Capital from Rs 1,44,68,75,675 to Rs 1,44,70,46,205.
