Shadowfax Technologies Limited incorporates Indian subsidiary, issues equity shares to employees

Shadowfax Technologies Limited announced that its board approved the incorporation of a new wholly owned subsidiary in India and the allotment of 49,098 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees exercising stock options under the Shadowfax Technologies Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2016. Consequently, the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs 5,86,94,29,900 comprising 58,69,42,990 equity shares to Rs 5,86,99,20,880 comprising 58,69,92,088 equity shares.
