Adroit Infotech Limited informed the BSE Limited and The National Stock Exchange Limited that details of securities dematerialized/rematerialized during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been furnished as required under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, with a certificate from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Venture Capital and Corporate Investments Private Limited, confirming that no securities were received for dematerialization/rematerialization during the quarter.
