Shoppers Stop Limited’s committee approved share allotment and grants of equity options to employees

Shoppers Stop Limited’s Nomination Remuneration & Corporate Governance Committee approved the allotment of 3,773 equity shares following the exercise of vested Employee Stock Options under the Shoppers Stop Limited Employees Stock Option Plan 2022, increasing the company’s share capital to Rs 55,10,47,175 divided into 11,02,09,435 shares. The committee also approved the grant of 14,815 ESOPs and 7,407 RSUs to eligible employees under the same plan, according to a regulatory filing.
