Swan Engitech pledged shares valued at Rs 602.75 crore for a Rs 1,150 crore facility

Swan Engitech Works Private Limited disclosed to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has pledged 2,15,00,000 shares, representing 6.86% of the total share capital of Swan Corp Limited, as security for a financial facility obtained by a group entity. The value of the pledged shares amounts to Rs 602.75 crore, and the borrowing is for Rs 1,150 crore. Additionally, Dave Impex Private Limited pledged 1,88,91,000 shares and Swan Realtors Private Limited pledged 3,00,00,000 shares, also related to encumbrances.
