Swan Engitech pledged shares worth Rs 602.75 crore to secure a Rs 1,150 crore loan

Swan Engitech Works Private Limited disclosed to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has pledged 2,15,00,000 shares, representing 6.86% of the total share capital of Swan Corp Limited, as security for a financial facility obtained by a group entity. The value of the pledged shares amounts to Rs 602.75 crore, and the borrowing is for Rs 1,150 crore. IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited is the entity holding the shares in favor of the lender, National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID).
