Baazar Style Retail Limited forms subsidiary for renewable energy, appoints new director

Baazar Style Retail Limited approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary for undertaking solar power generation and other renewable energy-related businesses, and appointed Mrs. Binata Sengupta as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) for a term of three years. The company also allotted 20,00,000 equity shares to Cupid Limited, a non-promoter body corporate, as part of the conversion of equity warrants.
