Sri Chakra Cement Limited confirmed to the BSE Limited that securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after verification, with the respective depository’s name substituted as the registered owner, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
