SKF India shareholders approved Mukund Vasudevan as a director, effective September 1, 2026

SKF India (Industrial) Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Mukund Vasudevan (DIN: 05146681) as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, effective September 1, 2026, following a Postal Ballot with results declared on October 15, 2026. The appointment follows a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subsequent approval by the Board of Directors on August 11, 2026; Mr. Vasudevan resigned from his role as Managing Director of the company with effect from the close of business hours on August 31, 2026.
