SG Finserve Limited redeemed Non-Convertible Debentures maturing in 2026, per SEBI regulations

SG Finserve Limited submitted a statement to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. regarding its listed Non-Convertible Debentures in compliance with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/PoD1/P/CIR/2024/54 dated May 22, 2024, and Regulation 17 of the SEBI (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021, disclosing that it already redeemed Non-Convertible Debentures with ISIN INE618R07012, issued on February 10, 2025, with a maturity date of April 6, 2026, and another with ISIN INE618R14042, issued on July 9, 2026, with a maturity date of August 31, 2026.
