Premier Energies, RCT Nexor, and partners launch 12 GWh BESS facility in Telangana

Premier Energies Limited informed the stock exchanges that Premier Battery Technologies Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, RCT Nexor Energy Private Limited, and Premier Energies Storage Solutions Private Limited executed a Share Allotment cum Shareholders Agreement on October 15, 2026, to establish a 12 GWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing facility in Seetharampur, Telangana, as a strategic joint venture. RCT Nexor Energy Private Limited was formerly known as RCT Energy India Private Limited and is part of the RCT Group, Germany, and will have the right to subscribe for up to 20% of the joint venture company's equity share capital in tranches.
