Mittal Sections Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited issued by Bigshare Services Private Limited, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Bigshare Services Private Limited also confirmed that the aforementioned regulation is not applicable to the company as all shares are held in demat form and no requests for rematerialization or dematerialization were received during the same period.
