Sammaan Capital Limited reported that it has made timely payments of interest amounting to Rs 1860.00 lacs for its secured redeemable non-convertible debentures with ISIN INE148I07YE1 and Rs 1830.00 lacs for debentures with ISIN INE148I07YF8, both issued on a private placement basis and listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, with due dates of October 16, 2026, and payments made on October 15, 2026.
