IITL Projects Limited to convene a board meeting to review financial results

IITL Projects Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, October 30, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as stipulated by Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window for equity shares will remain closed for designated persons until 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the BSE Limited.
