(IST) via video conferencing or other audio visual means, and appointed National Securities Depository Limited as the remote e-voting agency. The board also approved the appointment of Ms. Payal Jangir (DIN: 11702972), Mr. Agrawal Rohit Ashokkumar (DIN: 08948528), and Mr. Naresh Kumar Mistri (DIN: 11700309) as Additional Directors in the category of Independent Directors for a period of five years, subject to member approval.
