Baazar Style Retail Limited received Rs 65.65 crore from Cupid Limited’s equity warrant conversion

Baazar Style Retail Limited approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary for undertaking solar power generation and other renewable energy-related businesses, and appointed Mrs. Binata Sengupta as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) for a term of three years. The company also approved the allotment of 20,00,000 equity shares to Cupid Limited as part of a conversion of equity warrants, receiving Rs 65.65 crore.
