Moneyview Limited invested Rs 250 crore in Whizdm Finance to expand lending operations

Moneyview Limited announced a further investment of Rs 250 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Whizdm Finance Private Limited, to augment its capital base and expand lending operations. The investment, completed on October 15, 2026, involved subscribing to 800,000 equity shares at a premium, bringing the total investment to Rs 2,50,00,00,000. Whizdm Finance Private Limited, incorporated on March 27, 2017, is a non-deposit taking non-banking financial company with a turnover of Rs 1,517.49 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
