India Cements acquires 3.62% stake in Zenataris for up to Rs 20.9 crore

The India Cements Limited announced it has entered into an Energy Supply Agreement and Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement to acquire 3.62% equity shares of Zenataris Renewable Energy Private Limited for a cash consideration of up to Rs 20,90,00,000, with the acquisition expected to be completed within 120 days. Zenataris Renewable Energy Private Limited, incorporated on October 9, 2018, is an Special Purpose Vehicle developing a hybrid renewable energy project in Karnataka and will supply 11 megawatts of renewable energy to The India Cements Limited’s cement plants.
