Mr. Yatharth Tyagi, Whole-time Director, welcomed members and highlighted the investment’s potential to accelerate growth, strengthen the company’s financial position, and create long-term value for shareholders, with the proceeds to be utilized for growth and governance-related matters. The resolutions included increasing the authorized share capital, issuing subscription securities, adopting amended articles of association, and approving an upside share arrangement.
