Hindprakash Industries confirms full dematerialization of shares, per certificate from Bigshare Services

Hindprakash Industries Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no requests for rematerialization or dematerialization were received, according to a certificate from Bigshare Services Private Limited.
