Virtuoso Optoelectronics allotted shares worth Rs 8499999077 to multiple funds

Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited announced the allotment of 16,89,859 equity shares at a price of Rs 503 per share, including a premium of Rs 493 per share, aggregating to Rs 84,99,99,077 to ICICI Prudential SmallCap Fund, ICICI Prudential Retirement Fund - Hybrid Aggressive Plan, and Clarus Capital II on a preferential basis, according to a regulatory filing on October 15, 2026. The company's paid-up equity share capital increased to Rs 35,94,09,300 comprising 3,59,40,930 equity shares of Rs 10 each, and the newly allotted shares will be listed on the BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
