Sayaji Industries to meet October 22 to review Q2 and half-year financial results

Sayaji Industries Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on October 22, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The company also stated that the trading window for its designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the publication of the results, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
