Sunil Agro Foods confirms regulatory compliance with a certificate filed with the BSE

Sunil Agro Foods Limited submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange on October 8, 2026, regarding compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The certificate, received from Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, confirms the handling of securities received for dematerialization and their subsequent listing on stock exchanges, as well as mutilation and cancellation of certificates and substitution of the depository's name in the register of members.
