Angel Fibers Limited confirms full share holdings in demat form per SEBI regulation

Angel Fibers Limited informed the BSE that it has received a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, from Bigshare Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming that the regulation is not applicable to the company as all shares are held in demat form and there were no requests for rematerialisation or dematerialisation during the period.
