Sanathan Textiles’ board re-appointed three Independent Directors for a five-year term

Sanathan Textiles Limited announced that its board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Khurshed Thanawalla, Mr. Debabrata Sarkar, and Mr. Vinay Aggarwal as Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval, for a term of five years, effective November 22, 2026, until November 21, 2031. The company also noted that Mr. Thanawalla’s continuation on the board of Sanathan Polycot Private Limited, a material subsidiary, has been nominated.
