String Metaverse Limited approved issuing shares worth approximately Rs 73.63 crore to proposed allottees

String Metaverse Limited, formerly known as Bio Green Papers Limited, held an extra-ordinary general meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2026, where members approved a special resolution to issue up to 8,320,338 fully paid-up equity shares on a preferential basis for approximately Rs 73.63 crore, at an issue price of Rs 8.85 per share, including a securities premium of Rs 7.85 per share, to identified proposed allottees.
