Lakhotia Polyesters confirms share dematerialization certificate from MUFG Intime India

Lakhotia Polyesters (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited on October 15, 2026, that it has received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming dematerialization of shares and mutilation & cancellation of share certificates for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
