Rukmani Devi Garg Agro Impex Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the half year ended September 30, 2026, as confirmed by M/s. Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. also confirmed that Regulation 74(5) is not applicable to Rukmani Devi Garg Agro Impex Limited as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received during the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
