Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Ltd share price gained 0.07% to Rs 299.55 after the company's net profit grew slightly 0.46% to Rs 382.05 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 1.34% to Rs 1576.38 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Ltd stood at Rs 465.29 crore in Q3 FY26, rallying 59.53% year-on-year, and slipping 0.92% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 554 crore, jumping 45.50% YoY and easing 4.28% sequentially.
Total expenses saw a slight increase of 1.17% to Rs 1104.13 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 876.67 crore, marginally falling by 7.97% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 32.92 crore, seeing a marginal contraction of 1.23% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 116.21% to Rs 5049.88 crore, while net profit surged by 193.10% to Rs 1081.55 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 83591% to Rs 1680.85 crore, and PBT jumped 177.04% to Rs 1337.6 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 200.14 crore in FY26, as against Rs 613.75 crore in FY25.
Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Ltd rallied 36.75% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has declined by 11.27% during the same period.
