Captain Polyplast Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, has submitted a certificate from Big Share Services Private Limited, its Registrar and share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that no securities were received from depository participants for dematerialization and consequently, no certificates were mutilated, cancelled, or substituted.
