Nitin Castings confirms securities dematerialization processing via MUFG Intime India

Nitin Castings Limited informed the BSE that MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), issued a certificate dated October 3, 2026, confirming the processing of securities for dematerialization for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
