NCLAT places status quo on resolution plan approval impacting Baron Infotech Limited

Baron Infotech Limited disclosed that the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in Chennai has pronounced an order placing a status quo on October 1, 2026, related to the approval of a resolution plan. The order, which challenges the approval given by the Adjudicating Authority to a resolution plan, was uploaded on NCLAT’s website and is in continuation of previous disclosures dated October 2, 2026. The appeal also involves Vivek Kumar Ratakonda, the resolution applicant, and Purple Talk India Private Limited, a subsidiary of a U.S.-based company proposed to be merged with Baron Infotech Limited.
