Meesho to review quarterly and half-year financials at board meeting on October 28

Meesho Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the stock exchanges.
