Redmax Footwears Limited, formerly known as Viaan Industries Limited, submitted a disclosure to the BSE Limited on October 14, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and confirmed that security certificates received for dematerialisation from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, were confirmed or rejected to the depositories by Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd.
