Minda Corporation to acquire 26% stake in Indian renewable energy firm Agganga

Minda Corporation Limited announced it has executed a Share Subscription Agreement with Avener Green Private Limited and Agganga Energy Private Limited, with the company set to hold 26% in Agganga, a renewable energy company incorporated in 2025 and based in India, for a cash consideration of up to Rs 112.20 lacs, with the acquisition expected to be completed within approximately six months.
