Kronox Lab Sciences acquires a Dahej plant from Axiom Chemicals to expand manufacturing

KRONOX LAB SCIENCES LIMITED announced that its board approved the acquisition of a plant measuring approximately 5000 square meters from Axiom Chemicals Private Limited, located in the Dahej Special Economic Zone, for a cash consideration to be funded through internal accruals. The acquisition, expected to be completed within one month subject to approvals, will expand manufacturing capacity for business growth, and does not involve the acquisition of Axiom Chemicals Private Limited itself, which is engaged in the business of chemicals.
