Global Defence Industries Limited, formerly known as Nibe Ordnance and Maritime Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 14, 2026, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The certificate, dated October 13, 2026, was received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
