Fischer Medical Ventures seeks shareholder approval for borrowing limits and related transactions

Fischer Medical Ventures Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that its Board of Directors approved a postal ballot notice to shareholders for consent on certain material related party transactions and an increase in borrowing limits, and appointed M/s Nuren Lodaya & Associates Practicing Company Secretary as Scrutinizer for the postal ballot process, at a meeting held on October 14, 2026.
