Muthoot Capital Services allotted Rs 200 crore in debentures listed on BSE, maturing October 2029

Muthoot Capital Services Limited has allotted 2,00,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Taxable, Transferrable, Non-Convertible Debentures with a face value of Rs 10,000 each, aggregating up to Rs 200 Crores, on a private placement basis. The debentures, carrying a coupon rate of 9.25% per annum payable monthly, will be listed on BSE Limited and mature on October 14, 2029.
