GMR Airports Limited created GMR Aero Realty Limited to pursue real estate development in India

GMR Airports Limited has incorporated GMR Aero Realty Limited (GARL) as a wholly owned subsidiary in India with an initial subscribed and paid-up share capital of Rs 1 crore, divided into 10 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each, to be engaged in real estate and land development opportunities.
