Aegis Logistics to acquire 89.8% stake in Dubai-based Tristar for US$809 million

Aegis Logistics Limited announced that its board approved the acquisition of an 89.8% stake in Tristar Holdings Limited for a consideration of US$809 million, including contingent and interest for deferred consideration, via its 100% step-down subsidiary, Aegis Logistics International Pte Ltd. Tristar, incorporated in Dubai, is an integrated liquid logistics solutions provider with operations in over 30 countries and generated approximately US$1.4 billion in revenue for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The acquisition, not considered a related party transaction, is expected to be completed in Q4 FY27 and is subject to regulatory approvals.
