Sundaram-Clayton Limited announced that Mr. P Kaniappan has resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective October 13, 2026, to pursue other interests, and consequently ceases to be the Chairperson of the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
