HFCL certified compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depository and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that securities received for dematerialization were listed on stock exchanges, confirmed to depositories, and certificates were mutilated and cancelled, according to a filing with the BSE Ltd. and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
