NMDC Steel appoints Vinod Kumar Tripathi as Government Director, per Ministry of Steel

NMDC Steel Limited announced that Shri Vinod Kumar Tripathi, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel, has been appointed as a Government Director on its Board of Directors with effect from October 12, 2026, replacing Shri Abhijit Narendra, according to a filing with the BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited. The appointment was communicated by the Ministry of Steel via Order No. S-14011/1/2022-BLA dated October 12, 2026.
