Hubtown Limited’s subsidiary RTPL receives Rs 32.57 crore investment, boosting Hubtown’s stake

Hubtown Limited announced that its subsidiary, Rare Townships Private Limited (RTPL), has allotted 1,085,543 Class A equity shares at a price of Rs 30 per share for a total consideration of Rs 32,56,66,290, increasing Hubtown’s holding in RTPL from 74.65% to 75.24% of Class A equity share capital. RTPL, incorporated in India on June 5, 2000, is engaged in the real estate business and reported a turnover of Rs 9802.79 crore for the year ended March 31, 2026.
