Tata Elxsi’s board approved allotment of shares to employees under its 2023 option plan

Tata Elxsi Limited announced on October 13, 2026, that its Board of Directors has allotted 686 equity shares following the exercise of performance stock options by eligible employees under the ‘Tata Elxsi Limited Performance Stock Option Plan 2023’, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs 62,30,64,170 divided into 6,23,06,417 equity shares.
