MUFG Intime confirms all securities are dematerialized, per NSE and SEBI regulations

National Stock Exchange of India Limited confirmed that Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable as all securities are held in dematerialized form and no dematerialization requests were received during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, according to a certificate issued by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the registrar and share transfer agent.
