Neogem India Limited informed the BSE Limited that its registered office will be shifted from “G-32 Gems & Jewellery Complex III 2nd Floor SEEPZ Andheri E, Mumbai - 400096” to “102 A, First Floor, Options Primo Building, Plot No. X -21, MIDC Cross Road No. 21, Marol Industrial Area, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400093”, effective October 15, 2026, as announced following a board meeting held on October 13, 2026.
