Bharat Wire Ropes Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it received a confirmation certificate from KFin Technologies Limited, the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the company, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, stating that there were no requests for dematerialization or rematerialization of shares during the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
